Originally known as the Chicago BioCapital Summit, this event has grown to become the Midwest’s flagship biotech gathering. The Summit connects academics, entrepreneurs, and startups with investors, operators, and industry leaders who can help advance their innovations. The events’ outstanding speakers, alongside the “Hall of Inventions” – an exhibition featuring 100+ academic entrepreneurs and early-stage companies representing more than ten Midwest universities – have helped draw over 600 attendees.
The reimagined BioBuilders Summit reflects the Midwest’s industrial spirit, spotlighting the companies and platforms turning breakthroughs into products and building the infrastructure for the next generation of biotech.
